Former Hoosiers Noah Vonleh and Yogi Ferrell will be teammates in China
A pair of former IU teammates are reuniting in the professional ranks.
Noah Vonleh and Yogi Ferrell, teammates for the Hoosiers during the 2013-14 season in Bloomington, will play together next season for the Shanghai Sharks in the Chinese Basketball Association.
Vonleh last played for Boston last season in the NBA while Ferrell played the last two years with Cedevita in Slovenia.
Ferrell, 30, amassed over $8 million in career earnings in the NBA while Vonleh, 27, earned over $16 million.
In one season at Indiana, Vonleh averaged 11.3 points and nine rebounds per game. Ferrell, meanwhile, spent four seasons playing for Tom Crean and averaged 14.5 points, 4.6 assists and 3.2 rebounds over 137 career games.
