Class of 2024 five-star forward Liam McNeeley to announce college choice on Sunday, October 15

Class of 2024 five-star recruit Liam McNeeley has a date for his college announcement.

McNeeley, the No. 13 player nationally in the senior class, will announce his college choice on Sunday, October 15.

He will choose between Indiana and Kansas. His original list of top six schools also included Alabama, Michigan, Oklahoma and Texas.

The priority IU target from Montverde Academy (Fla.) will make his announcement from the fourth annual GEICO Top Flight Invite in Las Vegas, Nevada.

McNeeley, along with his Montverde teammates, will be playing for the Florida Eagles in the event.

A full broadcast schedule for the event is available here, but Sunday’s games will be shown on either ESPNU or ESPN2.

McNeeley averaged 12.4 points, four rebounds and 2.2 assists last season for Montverde.

The Eagles are expected to be a national contender this winter with a roster that includes McNeeley, Cooper Flagg, Derik Queen, Asa Newell, Rob Wright, Curtis Givens III and several others.
