For me regardless of class Trevon Bluiett is a very high priority right after Gary Harris. You can’t find guys that understand the game as well as he does, smart player, good kid, winner, and coaches son. Everytime I have seen him play he plays tough and just gets the job done, whatever that may be.

I think above all else, Trevon is a winner! He might not end up being the type player that’s highly desired because he may end up between positions but he is the type kid to do everything within his power to improve his game and help his team win, sort of like an AJ Moye attitude, and every team needs at least a couple of those guys!

I liked the response to the question about the “other” in-state program “Purdue”. He acted like he had just taken a bite out of a bad piece of sushi, but the cook was awaiting his reaction. I think Joe did a great job of setting that up. Plus, isn’t Butler still an instate program? haha

Absolutely no indication where he is leaning by the video clip but boy, if there was ever a recruit in the sphere of Indiana’s influence it would have to be Trevon. He plays with Yogi at Park Tudor and I will assume they get along well because they just won a state championship. James Blackman and Trey Lyles play on his AAU team. Jaquan Lyle does as well and he would appear to be an IU lean. Trevon also lives in Indianapolis which is as IU as it gets other than Bloomington with regards to alumni and fans. I like our chances with this young stud.
