HD Video: Indiana All-Stars talk sweep of Kentucky
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Led by 17 points from 2012 Indianapolis Star Indiana Mr. Basketball Gary Harris, the Indiana All-Stars completed a sweep of the Kentucky All-Stars, 83-73, on Saturday night at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
The Kentucky All-Stars held a 41-40 lead at halftime, and led early in the second half, but a 30-5 second half run pushed the Indiana All-Stars to their ninth straight win in the series.
Igniting the second half run was a unit of Harris, Jeremy Hollowell, Yogi Ferrell, RJ Hunter and Austin Burgett.
IU signee Ron Patterson was one of three Indiana All-Stars in double figures with 14 points in 20 minutes. The Broad Ripple product also had four rebounds.
Ferrell, the runner-up in Mr. Basketball voting, had six points, four assists, two steals and two rebounds in 23 minutes and Hollowell chipped in nine points, nine rebounds, three assists, two blocks and two steals in 16 minutes.
